When you buy a Flourish tool you can pay via Stripe, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

For everything else, we’ll invoice you.

We offer a 10% multi-buy discount when you buy more than one tool in a single transaction.

We also offer discounts at other times of the year, but these are discretionary. You can find out about these by signing up to receive our emails.

Flourish Tools (Off-the-shelf): We encourage you to read through the product descriptions and information thoroughly before making a purchase as Flourish Retail does not usually offer refunds on tools due to their digital nature.

We might make an exception in rare instances, such as if a tool has an error (i.e. within a formula) that prevents it from functioning properly. The error must be within the original, unaltered download. Flourish Retail is not responsible for errors caused by changes made by the user.

If you believe there is an error in one of the tools you have purchased from us, please contact us describing the error in detail, along with applicable screenshots. Please also let us know what version of Excel or Google Sheets you are using (i.e. 2016). We will look into it ASAP and may ask you some further questions and/or request a copy of your tool. If there is an error (and we are able to fix it), you will have the option of getting a refund on your original download, or receiving an updated tool.

If there is no error in the tool but you are unsatisfied for any other reason, please do contact us. We will do everything we can to help.

Customised Flourish Tools: Flourish Retail does not issue refunds on customised tools or services. If you are requesting a customised tool or service, please be sure to state all of your requirements as thoroughly and clearly as possible. We encourage you to include any applicable samples or other works that might be helpful for illustrative purposes. We will ask you clarification questions as necessary and only invoice you when we’ve agreed on the requirements, terms, and price.

If we’ve customised a tool for you, there’s one round of adjustments included when you receive the customised version. You have up to ten working days to review your customised tool and let us know if you need any changes. Typical adjustments could include formatting or wording changes. Requests for additional features that weren’t stated in the initial requirements are not included in this free round of adjustments. These may be requested but will incur additional costs.

If you are unsatisfied with the final deliverable for any reason, please let us know. We’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you!

We do charge VAT @ 20% on all of our products and services. This will be included in the price which you see at checkout, or within any invoices sent to you. Our VAT Reg. No. is 303 5513 43.

All our Flourish tools are set up for Excel, where we use some super-snazzy formulas and formatting.

You can convert the Excel tools into Google Sheets, but they won’t retain all of that smart stuff. If you’d like a tool re-created in Google Sheets, get in touch.

Once you’ve paid for your Flourish tool, you’ll get a link to download it.

PLEASE NOTE: The link will expire after 24 hours.

Follow that link and the tool will automatically drop into the Downloads folder on your device. Pop in there, find it, open it, and save it.

We’ve created the Flourish tools to be flexible to you and your business, so each one includes instructions on how to adjust the most common settings yourself. These include:

• Currencies: GBP (UK Sterling), USD (US Dollars), AUSD (Australian Dollars), EURO (Euros).

• Platforms: Amazon, eBay, Etsy (UK, US, AUS and EU), Not On The Highstreet, Facebook, Instagram, your own website or event

• Transaction providers: Zettle, PayPal, Stripe (EU and non-EU), Square (Chip and PIN/contactless and type in)

The tools also include the most popular fee percentages and calculations, and you can also choose whether to add VAT/Sales Tax by clicking a simple yes/no drop-down menu. The default % is set to the current UK VAT rate (20%), but simply overtype this if you need to change it.

You might notice we’ve locked some of the formulas and cells. This is to prevent accidental changes and to protect the tool’s functionality. These locked formulas and cells won’t stop you making the changes described above.

If you need to add an option that’s not already on the tool (for example, a different currency), get in touch and we can customise the tool for you for a small charge (billed in 15-minute intervals @ £20 + VAT). Please read our Terms of Service for more details.

No, we ask that you don’t make copies of the Flourish tools. All Flourish tools and custom spreadsheets are copyrighted and it is illegal to copy and distribute them without explicit written consent.

There is no need to unprotect anything on your tool to be able to use it as it is intended. The protection is to prevent accidental changes and to protect the tool’s functionality.

If you’re getting a message to unprotect, you’re trying to edit in the wrong place!

Warning: If you do unprotect the tool, Flourish Retail can no longer be responsible for its functionality. Any help needed as a direct result of unprotecting a Flourish tool may be liable to a consulting fee.

Some of the formulas in your Flourish tools will be hidden or locked. This is to prevent accidental changes which could affect its functionality.

Some of our super-snazzy formulas work off a circular reference (when a formula refers back to its cell and gets a bit confused).

So that they work beautifully, you’ll need to switch on your ‘iterative calculation’.

The table function is set up on our Flourish Sales Tracker and Range Plan so you can add new rows as you need them. They should appear automatically once you type in the new row. If not, then please refer to the tips in Excel, Explained.
